We have designed many model homes for hundreds of builders incorporating architectural trends for the current market and lifestyles. Through a team approach and a back-and-forth interaction between the builder, the interior designer and our firm we have produced award-winning model homes.

Throughout the local area, we have remodeled and made additions to many homes including some that hold historic value. Because of our group talent and attention to detail, these renovations and additions have complemented the original structures or restored them to their original splendor.

Our clubhouse design excellence is renowned in a multitude of distinguished communities, including the 20,000 + square foot clubhouse, pool and tennis facilities at the exclusive Sanctuary at Wulfert Point on Sanibel Island, Florida.
Portfolios of Stock (Pre-drawn) House Plans
With thousands of plans in our archives, and twenty plus years of design experience, we are pleased to be able to continue to offer many of our existing plans through our sister company, Palladian Design Group, Inc. Many of our clients have built spec homes from our inventory of existing plans. If your design budget is constrained, we can customize our existing plans to be uniquely suited to your site and requirements.
