Southeast Builder's Conference "Aurora Awards"

The AURORA Award competition is open to builders, architects, interior designers, landscape architects and other home building professionals in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Award categories include attached for-sale homes, detached single-family homes, custom homes, kitchens, baths, interior merchandising, residential developments, rental apartments, recreational facilities, landscape design, retirement communities, remodeling, rehabilitation, or historical restoration, commercial projects, energy-efficiency, water conservancy, solar energy, and green construction. It honors the best in new-home construction and design.


Building Design "National Convention Awards"

Since 1950, AIBD has provided building designers with educational resources and has developed nationwide design standards and a code of ethics for the building design profession. AIBD is also meeting the challenge of the future by educating members about new and improved building materials and 21st century technology that will impact how we live in the future. For those who have chosen the profession of building design, there is no greater evidence of competency.


Professional Builder Magazine "Best In American Living Awards"

THE BEST IN AMERICAN LIVING AWARD (BALA) design competition, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Design Committee and Professional Builder magazine, is open to builders, architects, designers, developers, land planners and interior designers nationwide. Winners of this prestigious award are selected annually from hundreds of entries and they invariably redefine excellence for the residential building industry.


Pinnacle Award

Recognizes industry association members who have obtained an outstanding level of success and professionalism in new home sales and marketing during the year. Created by the Sales and Marketing Council of the BIA, the Pinnacle Awards provide an opportunity to recognize excellence in this effort.


Collier Building Industry Association/Parade of Homes

CBIA is an organization of dedicated industry professionals who are inspired to make a real difference in our community through advocacy, education, networking and philanthropy. The Collier Building Industry Association is a not-for-profit trade association affiliated with the Florida Home Builders’ Association and National Association of Home Builders. It represents the interests of the builders, light commercial builders and developers, remodelors, and subcontractors and suppliers to the building industry.


Sand Dollar Awards

Sponsored by CBIA (Collier Building Industry Association), the Sand Dollar Award signifies the highest level of professionalism and excellence in the industry. The awards recognize excellence in building, development, landscape design, interior design, remodeling, commercial design, advertising, marketing and sales.
